What class of licence do I hold?

- Look for the property tab
- Once you have found your entry click on the Class History and you will see your licence details
What if I hold a Stock and Station licence?
Stock and Station licence holders do not need to undertake elective CPD training. They must complete 3 hours of Compulsory CPD training each year. And ensure that Topic 3 – Risk Management relates to working in the rural sector including animal welfare, traceability and chain of responsibility.
If you hold both Stock and Station and Real Estate Licence you will need to complete 3 hours of compulsory and 3 hours of elective CPD each year.
If your licence is restricted to livestock only there are no CPD requirements.
What if I hold a Strata managers licence?
If you hold a Strata Managers Licence you will need to complete 3 hours of Compulsory and 3 hours of elective CPD training each year and ensure that Topic 3 – Risk Management relates to managing risk for fire safety, smoke alarms, electrical matters and external wall cladding..
If you hold both a Strata Management and Real Estate Licence you will need only to complete 3 hours of compulsory and 3 hours of elective CPD each year.
What records do I need to keep?
Licence and certificate holders must retain their own records of any compulsory, elective or business skills topics completed.
Certificate of Registration holders must retain the Statement of Attainment issued by a registered training organisation for each unit completed from the relevant Certificate IV for their area of practice.
Licence holders (class 1 and class 2) must retain all records for 3 years.
Certificate of Registration holders must retain all records for 4 years.
