You have started your real estate career by holding a certificate of registration (for which you need to have successfully completed the Assistant Agent course) and are now on the pathway to gain your Class 2 Real Estate Licence. To do so you need to complete the full qualification. As the Assistant Agent Course consists of five units of the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, there are a further 13 units to be studied to complete the qualification. These 13 units are grouped into seven clusters – six prescribed clusters with a total of 10 units, plus the choice of one elective cluster comprising three units.
Choosing this option means you will be studying in a weekday classroom environment with other students, interacting with the Trainer and other learners. In addition, our assessors will guide you on any assessment work where you need support.
Gaining the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice with REINSW shows that you are committed to your career and have taken the time to ensure your knowledge and skills are of a high standard.
We advise you to please read the full course details before enrolling into this course.
