School-Based Traineeship CPP31519 Certificate III Real Estate Practice

Complete a nationally recognised qualification before you finish school! REINSW offers School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs) to students while studying their HSC. They are more than just part-time jobs - they’re a great way for students to get a head start in a career.

By completing a School Based Traineeship trainees will acquire skills to work as an agent’s representative in a real estate and/or stock & station agency. They will receive elementary training in the law and practice of selling and leasing property, meeting customer needs and expectations, using and maintaining property and client information databases, and workplace safety.

Through REINSW’s SBAT program, trainees can work towards the following occupations:

  • Real Estate Agent Office Assistant
  • Real Estate Sales Assistant
  • Assistant Property Manager
  • Marketing and Administration Assistant

This qualification is an entry level qualification that does not require any entry requirements. Learners can directly enrol into the CPP31519 Certificate III in Real Estate Practice.
